When it comes to Liz Earle skincare, it’s no secret that I’m a devoted fan! I’ve recommended the Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish Cleanser to pretty much everyone I know, in fact, my first ever blog post was about the Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish being my Holy Grail Cleanser… You can tell I’m a fan right? 😛
Therefore, you can only imagine that I was thrilled when John Lewis offered to send me some other bits to try from the range which included the bestselling Liz Earle Botanical Shine Shampoo, Liz Earle Shine Conditioner and Liz Earle Orange Flower Botanical Body wash. To be completely honest, asides from their skin care range I would never have thought to try out some of their other products as whenever I pop into my local pharmacy to pick up my hot cloth cleaner, there is always a limited range of products.
The John Lewis store holds a wide selection of Liz Earle products conveniently categorised which range from body care, gift sets to candles. I had no idea that Liz Earle has a range of makeup brushes and if they are anything like the botanical shampoo and conditioner, then I’m missing out! Also, John Lewis occasionally has bundle offers which give you an opportunity to get a free gift with any bundle purchase. They often do this with other brands which is a great way to try out more from the range and would make a great gift for a loved one:) In fact, when it comes to a good gift set, nothing beats John Lewis.
Now to give you a mini review of the Botanical shampoo and conditioner:) It was like the universe sent these products to me as my hair was in desperate need of some TLC! I have always put thought behind my skincare but, when it comes to my hair, it tends to be rather neglected. The best thing about Liz Earle is that they use the finest quality naturally active ingredient. The botanical range is no exception as they include natural vitamin E, West African Shea butter to moisturise plus apple and orange extracts boost shine.
Shine and moisture are exactly what my hair needed and I also had some annoying dandruff that needed addressing. I was expecting the Botanical shampoo and conditioner to be good as it’s Liz Earle but, I really didn’t expect them to be this incredible! So firstly, they did what they said they would and added shine and moisture to my hair, however, I really didn’t expect them to sort out my dandruff and greasy roots issue. This blew me away as nothing else was working. To top it off they smell delicious and are a great treat for your hair! John Lewis, you have saved my hair… THANK YOU!!
You could check out the Liz Earle range here on the John Lewis website... Happy shopping:) xx
